We will develop an action plan to get it done, address the mindset challenges and obstacles that you encounter along with way, and consistently evaluate your progress, making the necessary adjustments along the way.

PROGRAM BREAKDOWN

Focus Finder questionnaire: Complete a simple questionnaire in which you can reflect on what you truly want and what's been keeping you from achieving your goals.

Goal Setting session. By the end of this session, you’ll have a concrete goal along with the actionable steps needed to successfully achieve this goal. You'll also be given tools to overcome obstacles and mindset challenges. A thorough summary of everything established in this session will be provided shortly after the session.

Weekly Check-ins (3 approx 20-30 minutes) . Here we look at your weekly results: what’s going well (often neglected but crucial for success), what’s getting in the way (and how to overcome these challenges), and what the next steps are. These check-ins not only keep you accountable and on track, they also create a space to reflect and problem solve. You will receive a video recording and a written summary of each session.

Wrap Up session- We look at what you have accomplished over-all, and what’s left to accomplish. The strategies and habits that you can continue to use moving forward will be highlighted. As always, you get a video and a summary.

Unlimited email coaching for 1 month- If there is something you need help with, you don't have to wait until the check-in to address it. Email coaching is available to support you throughout the program. All emails will be answered within a business day.
